Bobby Joe Clements

Bobby Joe Clements, age 76, of New Edinburg, Ark. died Saturday July 13 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock. Born December 25, 1936 in New Edinburg, he was a son of the late James E. and Naomi Clements. Bobby Joe was the retired owner of Clements Restaurant and formerly a bridge builder and utility contractor. He was a 32nd Degree Mason. Bobby Joe was married on June 6, 1956, to the late Billie Sims. Bobby Joe is survived by his four children, Austin Clements and wife Suzannah, Calhoun, La., Lewis Clements and wife Connie, New Edinburg, Ark., Mary Clark and husband Joe, Santa Fe, N.M., Angie Clements, Little Rock, Ark., his two sisters, Maxine Brown, Arkadelphia, Ark. and Juanita Branson, Dumas, Ark., a brother, Wayne Clements, Camden, Ark., his six grandchildren, Zac Clements, Little Rock, Ark., Ashley Clements, New Orleans, La., Luke Clements, Little Rock, Ark., Jacob Clements, Calhoun, La., Leah Clements, Little Rock, Ark., Jack Clements, Calhoun, La., his 15 nieces and nephews, and his close friend and companion Ann Burchett, Warren, Ark. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 17, at Frazer's Chapel with burial at Shady Grove Cemetery. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 16 at Frazer's Funeral Home.
