Tony Wilfred Morris

On Friday, June 7, 2013, Tony Wilfred Morris of Pine Bluff went home to be with his Heavenly Father at the age of 78. He retired after 37 years of service with Mad Butcher Supermarkets, and was a member of Providence Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Morris was a very loving and dedicated family man. His survivors include his wife of nearly 60 years, Shirley Gean Eastwood Morris, whom he married on Oct. 29, 1953; three daughters and sons-in-law, Vickie and Perry Taylor and Rita and Sonny Smith, all of Pine Bluff, and Sarah and Wayne Powell of Harrison; a brother, Billy Joe Morris; two sisters, Bernice Lackey and Frances Burks; six grandchildren, Toni Lynne Childers Jurjens, William "Buddy" Smith, Marcie Taylor Southerland and Beau, Todd Taylor, Seth Mabry and Abigail Powell, and four great-grandchildren, Cody Waschalk, Jaden Jurjens, Brock Southerland, and Trent Southerland; along with many other loving friends and family. Funeral services will be Monday, 3 p.m. at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Cedar Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
