Truman King Baldassare Odman

Truman King Baldassare Odman was born to Francis Eldridge and Truman Elmer King on Sept. 2 1928. She was their only child and grew up in Scott, Ark. She attended East Side Junior High and Little Rock Senior High School and graduated from Texas State College for Women. She retired as chief of the Healthcare Finance Administration Policy Division for Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. Married twice, with no children, she moved to Kailua-Kona, Hawaii in 1982 and lived there happily until her death. "Tru" was an active volunteer and member of the International Billfish Association, Kona Outdoor Circle, Kona Historical Society and Kona Coffee Festival. She was an avid world traveler and made many loving friends. Private services were held in Hawaii. Memorial gifts may be sent to: Scott Connections Foundation, P.O. Box 214, Scott, Ark. 72142.
