Cheryl Ann Cooper

Cheryl Ann Cooper, 66, of North Little Rock was born on December 7th, 1946 in Meadville, Pennsylvania and passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family and close friends on Monday, June 10, 2013. She was born again in the Catholic faith and she held strong religious beliefs. She enjoyed occasional drives through the mountains with her husband and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cheryl was preceded in death by her mother Mildred Dickerson, her father Ardine Porfilio and her brother Richard Porfilio. Cheryl is survived by her husband James M. Cooper; her sisters Eileen Sanders, Janet Jones and her brother Ronald Porfilio; her children Teresa Caruthers and her husband Sammy, Richard A. Dove and his wife Anita, James A Cooper and his wife Joellen, Jeffery Cooper and his wife Lisa. Other survivors include her six grandchildren; Richard Dove Jr., Amber Hamilton, Amy Cooper, Racheal Davis, Gwen Duke, Jason Mooney and seven great-grandchildren; Nevaeh Dove, Aubrey Hamilton, Bailey Lanham, Brandon Lanham, Carter Davis, Julianna Monney and Hunter Monney. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 15th, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road in North Little Rock. www.griffinleggettresthills.com.
