Agnes Lorraine McCuin

Agnes Lorraine McCuin, 92 of Little Rock, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2013 in Garland, Texas. She was born on June 9, 1921 to the late Arthur August and Frances Hartt Quast. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Kermit McCuin, and four siblings; Ida Marie Sisco, Otto Quast, George Quast, and Neoma Bridges. Although Lorraine spent time in Texas, she always called Little Rock home. She was of the Baptist faith and had previously attended Martindale Baptist Church. She loved gardening, cooking, and crafts. As her health declined she was moved to Garland, Texas to live with her daughter who cared for her over the last 11 years of her life. She is survived by one daughter; Delores Womack, one son; Thomas and wife Carole Anderson, three step-children; Ruby Cornish, J.D. McCuin, and Leroy McCuin, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and host of other family members and friends. Funeral services will be 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 20 at Roller Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock (501) 224-8300. Burial will follow the service at Walnut Grove Cemetery. There will be a visitation on Wednesday, June 19 from 6:-8 p.m., also at Roller Chenal Funeral Home. The family would like to thank American Hospice in Garland, Texas for their care of Lorraine.
