Otha Moseby Jr., age 58, of Little Rock, Ark., passed away June 13, 2013 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. Services 1 p.m. Saturday at Unity Temple Church of God in Christ, Portland. Elder Johnnie Winfield officiating. Burial will be in the St. Marion Cemetery in Sunshine, Ark.
