Adriel Leigh Taylor

Adriel Leigh Taylor, 45, of Benton, passed away June 24, 2013. She was born January 13, 1968 in Little Rock to Donald Clifton and Vivian Bryant. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dewey and Sis Bryant. Survivors, husband, Lamar Taylor of Benton, son, Grant Taylor, daughter, Bryana Taylor, parents, Donald and Vivian Bryant, brother, Dennis Bryant, sister, Velesta Parson and husband, Shannon all of Benton, nephews, Garrett Bryant, Grady Parson, nieces, Bekka Cauldwell, Hawleigh Parson and Jayme Parson. Adriel was a full time member of Saline Missionary Baptist Church. She loved her church family and thoroughly enjoyed going to church and learning God's word. The Lord was always a full time member of her home and in her life. She read God's word daily. If you came in contact with Adriel, she was always willing to witness her story regarding her salvation and what eternal life meant to her. Adriel graduated from Bauxite High School in 1984. She loved her classmates and had many fond memories. She continued her education to become a nurse and graduated from UALR. She had a calling for helping others her whole life. God chose her to be a nurse and she was great at it. Adriel was a people person and everyone who came in contact with her was touched by her. She retired from Arkansas Heart Hospital this past year. She dearly loved her job, fellow nurses and doctors at the hospital. Her light shined brightest when she was around her children. One of her happiest moments was traveling with her family. Adriel was so much more than a great mom. She was also a great wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend anyone could ask for. Chapel services at Ashby Funeral Home will be 10 a.m. Friday with Bro. Kim Hammer officiating. Burial will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery in Tull. Visitation will be 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday at Ashbys.
