Herbert Noel Taylor

Herbert Noel Taylor, age 84, of Paron, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013. He was born October 28, 1928 in Paron, Arkansas. Mr. Taylor was a retired bridge contractor, a mason and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albro and Ruth Taylor; son, John Taylor and a daughter, Charlotte Arp. He is survived by his wife, Juanita Taylor; three grandchildren, Sheila Woodall, Debbie Chandler and Matt Taylor; two step-children, Joe Ellen Serio and Carol Orr; step-grandson, Randy Serio and two great-grandchildren, Sean Stenberg and Melanie Castillo. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 7 at Ashby Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 8 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Fowler Cemetery.
