Carolyn Greene

Carolyn Greene, 75, passed away March 9, 2013 in Hot Springs Village. She was born February 19, 1938 to Larkin and Ida (Benson) Gardner in Hampton, Arkansas. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, JT Gardner and 1 sister, Anita Rigal. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Ralph J. Greene, one daughter: Tracy New (Jason) and grandchildren, Kara and Hunter Amato of Benton, Ark.; nieces, Patti Rigal of W. Monroe, La.; and Linda Branch of Holly Ridge, La., nephew, Jimmy Rigal of W. Monroe and a host of other family and friends. Carolyn was retired from State Government after many years of service which included serving as investment manager for Arkansas State Treasurer, Jimmie Lou Fisher. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, March 13th at CedarVale Funeral Home in Hot Springs Village. Funeral Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, March 14th at Mountainside Methodist Church in Hot Springs Village with Interment directly following at CedarVale Cemetery.
