Lance Martin

Lance W. Martin, 58, of North Little Rock went to be with the Lord March 10, 2013. He was a member of South Highland Baptist Church. He fought a seven year battle with multiple health problems and passed away peacefully at home with his family. He kept his sense of humor to the end. He loved being "Grampy" and his greatest joy in life was spending time with his family whom he dearly loved. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Kathy Taylor Martin, whom he treasured and adored, of North Little Rock, Arkansas; daughters, Robyn Hamilton (Jamie) of El Paso, Arkansas, Angela Jones (Jeremy) of Sherwood, Arkansas; son, Taylor Martin of Memphis, Tennessee; grandchildren, Katy and Kerri Hamilton, Kolton and Caroline Jones; brothers, Charlie Martin of Sherwood and Jimmy Bowen (Martha) of California; sisters-in-law, Susan Toler (Charlie) of North Little Rock and Jean Bowen of Plano, Texas; niece Jordan Toler, nephew Allen Martin (Robyn). He was preceded in death by his parents, Don and Norma Martin and brother Bill Bowen. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Baptist Health North Little Rock in honor of his beloved physicians and friends, Dr. John Hayes and Dr. Jamie Harrison and the staff of Baptist Health North Little Rock.
