Donald J. Hendrickson

Donald J. Hendrickson, 82, of Conway, Arkansas, entered into rest on Monday, March 18, 2013, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. He was born October 15, 1930, in Enola, Arkansas, a son of the late Homer A. and Luvena (Gunter) Hendrickson. His sons, Jeffrey and Ronald Hendrickson and his brothers, Thurman and Herman E. Hendrickson, also preceded him in death. Mr. Hendrickson is a retired United States Air Force Master Sergeant, having served since 1948, in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was a member of the American Legion and the DAV. He also retired after 26 years, from the Arkansas Employment Security Division. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Letha (Mize) Hendrickson; sisters, Winnie Lyons of Texas; and Martha Tennyson of Conway; and a host of nephews and nieces. Funeral will be 1:00pm, Thursday, March 21, 2013, in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Conway. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park, under the direction of Griffin Leggett Conway.
