Billy Joe Womack

Billy Joe Womack, 72, died Monday, March 18, 2013. Born August 12, 1940 in Russell a son of the late Bud and Rita Knuckles Womack. Joe was a Baptist and a professional accountant. He was an avid antique collector and was a very talented floral designer and decorator. Survivors: Sister, Betty Case; nephew, Brandon Case; niece, Robin Thomason; great-nieces, Morgan Jaco, Faith Case, Katelyn Thomason, Rylee Case, Erin Thomason and Connor Case; great-great-nieces, Landree Thomason and Preslee Jaco all of Russell. Preceded in death by his parents and his aunt and uncle; Vilas and Grace Womack. Visitation: Thursday, 6-8 p.m. Services: Friday, March 22, 2013, 10 a.m., Powell Funeral Home Chapel.
