Billy Bob "Bill" Frisby, 83, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, May 7, 2013. He was born on March 24, 1930, to Robert and Mary Frisby. He spent his early life in Bradley County, Ark. and graduated from Hermitage High School. In 1952, he married Billie Cupit from Fordyce, Ark. He entered the Armed Services in 1954 and served in the Army Medics during the Korean conflict. He was awarded a Good Conduct Medal and a Presidential Citation. After his honorable discharge, he worked in the service station business in Warren for several years, while remaining in "Ready Reserve" until 1962. He spent the majority of his professional career in Texas and Oklahoma in the food services business. His career included sales for Owens Sausage and Jimmy Dean Sausage and he owned and managed a grocery store in Oklahoma. After retirement, he made his home in Arlington, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Frisby and a brother, Carroll Lee Frisby. He is survived by his wife, Billie; two sons, Randy Frisby (Theresa) of Rockwall, Texas and Eddie Frisby of Arlington, Texas; three daughters, Mary Edwards (Don) of El Paso, Texas, Corinthia "Kenny" Strong (Gary) of Kennedale, Texas and Rita Reimer (Jim) of Bartow, Fla.; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Willie C. Frisby of Fort Smith, Ark. and Gerald Frisby of Redfield, Ark.; and two sisters, Irma Leslie of Warren, Ark. and Melvina Nixon of Sheridan, Ark. Memorial services were held on May 12, 2013 in Arlington, Texas.
