Tom S. Williams

Tom S. Williams, 76, of Apex, N.C. passed away peacefully at his home Saturday after a long battle with cancer. Tom was born in March 4, 1937 in Little Rock, Ark. He was a graduate of Henderson College, and received his masters at the University of Arkansas. He worked and retired from the EPA after 30 years of service. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Kathryn A. Williams, sons, Mark and David, and daughter Janet, grandsons Derek and Tyler, and granddaughter, Emily, brothers Fred and wife Nina of Maumelle, Ark., and Larry and wife Marilyn of Conway, Ark. Memorial service will be held Thursday, October 3 at 11 a.m. at Apex Methodist Church 100 South Hughes Street, Apex, N.C. Family will receive friends immediately following the service.
