Recently Larry served as executive sponsor for the Epic Clinical Information System as Baptist began launching the project several years ago that has now been implemented and is helping to lead Baptist Health into a new era of healthcare. Most importantly Larry was loved dearly as a wonderful loving husband, father and family man. His friends and family will cherish memories of him as a kind, loyal, funny, compassionate man and the absolute best husband and father to his family. Larry enjoyed the outdoors including playing in golf tournaments with his brother and mother and many great times hunting with dear friends in a modest duck club in Des Arc. Later in life Larry became involved owning and breeding thoroughbred race horses and created many cherished memories traveling with the family to Hot Springs, Louisiana, and Oklahoma with the horse business. The family would like to say a special thanks to all the wonderful nurses and staff on the 10th floor at Baptist Health. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013 at Pulaski Heights Baptist Church in Little Rock.
