Irwin Reagan Wynn

Irwin Reagan Wynn, born January 31, 1922 passed away Sunday, October 6, 2013 at the age of 91. He was the son of Irwin and Esther Ladd Wynn. Mr. Wynn was a resident of Bald Knob and a member of the First Christian Church in Bald Knob. Mr. Wynn was a retired farmer and a veteran of WWII, serving in the United States Marine Corps. He was an avid sportsman who enjoyed deer, turkey, fox hunting and fishing. He was a wonderful gardener. In 1999 at the Big Buck Classic in Little Rock he won first place in the state, non-typical and his grandson, Lance Throckmorton won second place. He is survived by his loving wife of 74 years, Vivian Louks Wynn; son, Perry Wynn (Betty) and daughter, Reagina Wynn Goodin; grandchildren, Reagan Wynn (Lori), Christy Hunt (Dennis), Michael Wynn (Michelle), Eric Throckmorton (Kelly) and Lance Throckmorton (Angie), and ten great-grandchildren. The service will be Wednesday, October 9 at Powell Funeral Home in Bald Knob with visitation beginning at 10:00 am and service at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery by Powell Funeral Home Bald Knob-Judsonia. www.powellfuneralhome.net.
