Ruth Coats Bray

Ruth Coats Bray of Vilonia went to be with her family and Lord Jesus Christ on October 8, 2013. She was born to the late William and Rose Coats on March 28, 1935 in Fullerton, Mo.. Ruth enjoyed many things from gardening, playing Bunco with her friends, helping with Vacation Bible School, volunteering with the American Red Cross, and her beloved dog Honey. She was a charter member of St. James United Methodist Church in Little Rock, a member of Vilonia United Methodist Church, and the Campfire Girls as a young girl. Ruth is survived by her three loving children; Grant Bray (Cassandra), Beth Yockey (Robert), Scott Bray (Christy), five grandchildren; Austin, Hannah, Jennifer, Elizabeth, Allison, two great-grandchildren; Sydney, and Annie. She is also preceded in death by her two loving brothers; Bill and Bob Coats, and her dear in laws Warren and Nina. A private family service is planned. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Roller McNutt Funeral Home of Conway. Her family would like to thank all her loving and wonderful neighbors and Arkansas Hospice for their loving care.
