Wanda Carolyn Beulah Blakely, 71, Little Rock, departed this life October 6, 2013. She was a 1960 graduate of Horace Mann High School. She was preceded in death her parents, Lonnie and Lois Beulah; brothers, Kenneth, Donald, Alonzo and Clifford Beulah; sisters, Dorothy Beulah Williams, Nancy Hegwood, Alice Gamble. She leaves to cherish her memory: daughters, Venita Blakely, Ina Blakey, Dawn (Kenneth) Ross; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; one brother, Michael Beulah; two sisters, Linda Stancil, Cynthia Beulah; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
