Paul R. Kinsel, 56, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 9, 2013. He was born on March 4, 1957 in Denver, Colorado. Paul enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and being with friends and family. He is preceded in death by his parents; Tennyson and Retha Kinsel. Paul is survived by a son, Dustin (Susanna) Kinsel, of Springdale, Arkansas, two grandchildren, Natalia and Olivia, a sister, Lisa (Robert) Kinsel Nichter, of Buffalo, N.Y., a brother, Mark Kinsel, of Little Rock, Ark.
