Doris Lee Spann Gifford

On Thursday, October 10, 2013, Doris Lee Spann Gifford, 74, of Little Rock, Ark. walked into the presence of the Lord and into the arms of her husband of 51 years, Theodore Allen Gifford who preceded her in death. She was born on October 20, 1938 in Little Rock, Ark. to the late Otis Lee Spann and Virgie Lee Knight Spann. Preceding into Glory were her husband; her parents; and her brother, Jimmy Lee Spann of San Diego, Calif. She is survived by one brother, Larry (Susie) Spann of Bismarck, Ark.; one sister, Patricia Peters of Bryant, Ark.; children: Morris Dowdle, Joanna Gifford, Valerie Gifford, Bradley Allen Gifford, and David Gifford; five grandchildren: Matthew Gifford, Jacob Shroyer, Robbie Tuggle, Davynn Gifford, and Gabriel Gifford; and one great-grandchild, Caden Shroyer. She was a faithful member of the Church at Willow Beach in North Little Rock, Ark. We are honored to have Brother Roy Tilley officiating.
