Emma Lois (Buckley) Brown, 96, of Little Rock went to be with her Lord October 28, 2013. She was born on December 19, 1916 in Graysonia, Arkansas to Daniel and Rose Buckley.  Emma was a member of Mabelvale Church of Christ since 1960, where she was known by her friends as "Miss Emma." She worked in the operating room at Baptist Hospital as a scrub technician for 24 years. Emma and Bruce were very devoted Razorback fans.  Emma was preceded in death by her loving husband, B. Bruce Brown; brother, Mance Buckley; two sisters, Delora Pettijohn and Dorothy Pullen. She is survived by four daughters: Charlotte (Calvin) Davis of Greenbrier, Sharon (Woody) Ussery of Alexander, Pam (Charles) Glidewell and Brucene (Larry) Dickerson both of Little Rock; sister, Katherine Elkins of Greenwell Springs, Louisiana; five grandchildren: Kellye Harsch, Ocean Springs, Mississippi; Dee Dee Williams of Stonewall, Texas; Jamey White of New Braunfels, Texas; Doug Ragsdale and Kim Young both of Little Rock; nine great grandchildren: Buster Williams, Shane Ragsdale, Claire Williams, Dakotah Harsch, Mackenzie White, Lauren Grace White, James Harsch, Olivia Harsch and Bo Young. Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Mabelvale Church of Christ with Funeral Services following at 11 a.m. Pastor Dennis Gulledge will officiate. A private family burial will be held at Rest Hills Memorial Park in North Little Rock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Bethlehem Food Pantry, c/o Calvin Davis, 222 Merritt Road, Greenbrier, Arkansas 72058.
