Ethlyn Frances Vance of North Little Rock, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2013. She was born in Hunter, Arkansas on January 23, 1925 to the late Cleo and Ed Reeves. Ethlyn was a member of Bayou Meto Baptist Church in Jacksonville. She was an active member of "TOPS" and also the Jacksonville Senior Center and Hanks Station, where she could be found dancing three nights a week. She enjoyed traveling and gardening. Ethlyn was loved by all who met her. Ethyln was preceded in death by her husband Byron Vance, Jr., and her son Charles E. Vance. She is survived by her daughter, Gail Love and her husband Steve of North Little Rock, daughter-in-law Linda Vance of Maumelle, four grandchildren; Kenneth Vance and Connie of Marked Tree, Denise Smith of Little Rock, Regina Cherry and Mike of San Antonio, Texas, Robert Gramlick and Kristi of San Antonio, Texas and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, September 6, 2013 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Hunter Cemetery in Hunter, Arkansas.
