Pauline Tittle

Pauline Harris Tittle, age 90, of Benton, passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2013. She was born Aug. 25, 1923 in Benton, Ark. Mrs. Tittle retired as the Assessor of Saline County in 1982. She was a member of Kentucky Missionary Baptist Church and a 50 year member of the Order of Eastern Star and Past Worthy Matron. Mrs. Tittle was preceded in death by her parents, Arlie W. and Eula C. Harris; her husband, J. B. Tittle; and three brothers, Horace Wilton Harris, Thurman O. Harris and Kenneth L. Harris. She is survived by her son, Larry Tittle and wife, Myra of Benton; daughter, Linda Westbrook of Benton; four grandsons, Justin Tittle, Bryson Tittle and wife, Trudy, Clint Tittle and wife, Sarah and Major Jeffery Lance Westbrook and wife, Tyler; and six great-grandchildren, Larken, Madison, Brett, Maddy, Carter and Ella; sister, Melba June Vinyard; and three sister-in-laws, Melba Harris, Joyce Turner and Lavada Tittle. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15 at Ashby Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 16 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Gravel Hill Cemetery. Bro.
