Don Evans

Don Evans, 78, of Little Rock, born in Levy, Arkansas, on January 6, 1935, passed away on Monday, September 16, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents Bob and Bess Evans. Don was a 1952 graduate of North Little Rock High School; Don served three and half years in the U.S. Navy, and graduated from Arkansas State Teachers College in 1960. He is survived by his loving and caring wife of 40 years, Kathy. Three fine children, Tannya (David), Alicia, Jeff (Donna). Four terrific grandchildren, grandsons Taylor, Jared, Brandon and granddaughter Jordan. Two sisters, Betty Ketzscher of Sherwood and Bobbie Maloney of Pennsylvania. Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas.
