Tommie Delk

Tommie Dean Delk, age 83 of Little Rock, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013 in Little Rock. She was born January 20, 1930 in Shiloh, Arkansas, and was the daughter of Tom and Beatrice Majors. Tommie was a retired Production Manager for Easter Seals for thirty one years. She is preceded in death by her parents Tom and Beatrice Majors, grandparents Otter Claude and Edna Brewer and Tom and Mae Majors, and a son Ronald Delk Sr. Survivors include her children Shirley McKenzie and husband Ralph of East End, Glenda Evans of Little Rock and Donald B. Delk of Shirley, Arkansas; grandchildren, Tina Boyd, Shelly McKenzie, Blakely Wahl, Shannon Thepharath, Jilian Redford, Kadi Redford, Sydni Redford, Christina Pipkin and Ronald Allen Delk Jr.; nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Huson Funeral Home Chapel at 6400 Mabelvale Pike (One block west of 65th & University Ave.), Little Rock, Arkansas with graveside services following at 2:00 p.m. at Shiloh Crossroads Cemetery near Greers Ferry, Arkansas with a potluck reception to follow at the cemetery.
