Billy Mac Howard Sr.

BILLY MAC HOWARD SR., 64, of North Little Rock, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2014. He was born on Nov. 2, 1949 in Batesville, Ark. to the late Olin and Truie Howard. Billy was owner of Howards Liquor in North Little Rock for over 40 years, he was a member of the Elks Club and coached baseball teams in North Little Rock, Billy was a loving husband, father and grandfather, he enjoyed playing golf, hunting, fishing, skiing, boating and camping. In the last four years of his life no matter how bad he felt he never missed a grandchild's sporting events. He is survived by his loving wife, Becky; two sons, Billy Howard Jr. and Brett Howard, of North Little Rock; one daughter, Brandy (James) Kuykendall, of North Little Rock; grandchildren, Kyle Beavers, Blake Howard, Callee Beavers and Cole Howard; one brother, Gene (Lynette) Howard of Little Rock; and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jerry Howard; grandchild, Hope Suzanne. A special Thanks to Dr. Omer Khalil, Dr. Srinivasan Ramaswamy, Dr. Ali Krisht, and hospice nurse Mary Brown for the care and love they showed Billy and our family. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 22, 2014 in the Chapel of Roller-Chenal Funeral Home 13801 Chenal Parkway Little Rock (501) 224-8300. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park, visitation will be from 6-8 Monday, April 21, 2014 at the funeral home.
