Alden Homer Wilson, 90, of Bryant, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 20, 2014. He was born December 14, 1923 in Pekin, Indiana to the late Charles H. Wilson and Rosa Jeffs Wilson. He served his country during WW II in the Navy aboard the USS Shelton. He was a member of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Elden; his parents; son, Charles Wilson and the love of his life, Betty Ann Wilson to whom he was married for 68 years. He is survived by his children: Janis Dickerman of St. Louis, Missouri; Diana Spriggs of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Carolyn Pittman of Bryant, Arkansas; Jeannie Pendley (Marc) of Morgantown, Kentucky; Dr. Richard Wilson (Lucy) of Macon, Georgia; daughter-in-law, Sandra Wilson of Gallatin, Tennessee; 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209 (501) 455-5800 with interment at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
