Rose Ward, 82, of North Little Rock, who was truly an earthly Angel, stepped into her heavenly home on April 22, 2014. Rose was born September 19, 1931 in Timbo, Arkansas to the late Henry and Vuil Ingram. Rose loved the Lord with all her heart; she was a loving and devoted faithful Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, Cousin and Friend. Rose cherished life and had a million-dollar smile. Rose loved her job at Dillard's, loved to cook, and crafted many beautiful things with her hands. She was loved by her church family, Levy Baptist Church. Our Mother leaves us with wonderful memories and a heritage with dignity and integrity. She was preceded in death by her brothers, R.C. and Dobie Ingram. Rose is survived by her loving and devoted daughter, Linda Ward of North Little Rock, Arkansas and son, Randy Ward of Marianna, Florida; grandchildren, Breanna Reyes (Mario), Gentry Ward (Kendal) and Hunter Ward; and great-grandson, Liam; two loving brothers, John Ingram of NLR, and Bob Ingram of Minden, La.; and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be at Arkansas Funeral Care at 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Friday, April 25. A Celebration of Rose's life graveside services at Rest Hills Cemetery, Sherwood at 12 noon, officiated by Rev. Sandy Taylor. The family would like to thank the staff of Baptist Hospice (Janice, Judy and Mary) and also Bright Star, for the exceptional loving-care given to our Mother.
