Gloria Delsi Phillips

Gloria (Drown) Phillips, 86, of Russellville, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014. She was born in Calico Rock, Arkansas on January 17, 1928, to the late Tom and Ethel Drown. A memorial service will be held at First Methodist Church on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 10 a.m.
