Dorris Reynolds

Dorris Inez Reynolds, age 82, of Springdale, died January 30, 2014, at The Maples in Springdale. She was born in Taylorville, Illinois, on January 7, 1932, to the late Glen and Alice (Higdon) Painter. Dorris retired from the communications department at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Little Rock, and was a lover of animals. Survivors include her children, Anita Spahr (Steve) of Bartlesville, Oklah., Keith Sanford (Tina) of Northwest Arkansas; siblings, Sidney Painter (Susie) of Maumelle, Patricia Henry (Mike) of Little Rock; grandchildren, Brandi Sanford, Jessica Applegate, Josh Sanford, Andy Spahr, Jaime Spahr; and great granddaughter, Alexia Hall. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, James Reynolds. Visitation and service were held Monday, February 3, 2014. Burial was in Pinecrest Memorial Park.
