James Tim "Dub" Ingram, 33, died Sunday, July 27, 2014, at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas. He was born September 20, 1980, to Lou Lyon and Tim Ingram of El Dorado. He is survived by his wife, Brooke Bowles Ingram, whom he married May 14, 2005, and a son, James Tim (JT) Ingram, III; his parents; sister, Alison Burton (Clark); many aunts, uncles, cousins, colleagues, and friends. Dub was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Clem Ingram of El Dorado, and Mr. and Mrs. W.F Lyon of Warren; his mother-in-law, Mrs. Suzanne Hazellief Bowles. He was a 1999 graduate of El Dorado High School and attended the University of Arkansas at Monticello and belonged to Kappa Alpha Fraternity. For the last nine years, Dub served as a sergeant in the patrol division and canine handler, along with his partner Hammer, with the Union County Sheriff's Office. Visitation was held Tuesday, July 29, 2014 from 5-7 P.m. at Young's Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be performed by Brother Rob Walker at St. Paul United Methodist Church in El Dorado, Wednesday, July 30, 2014, at 10 a.m. with full law enforcement honors. Interment will be held at Crossroads Cemetery with a 21 gun salute by Dub's brothers from the Arkansas Sheriff's Department. Procession will be led by the Union County Sheriff's Department Honor Guard consisting of Hammer, Dub's partner, Kenny Gulledge, Scooter Bass, Andre Lovett, Josh Newton, Jonathan Messer, and Neal Greer. Serving as pallbearers are Dale Smart, Craig Smart, Philip Stone, Brandon Warren, Andrew James, Jimbo Sheppard, Jonathan Reynolds, Jason Horn, Matt Reynolds, Scott Lane, Trent Foreman, Will Stracner, Clark Burton, Jarrod Parrish, and Jordan McBride. Serving as honorary pallbearers is the Union County Sheriff's Department. Memorials preferred to the Melanoma Research Foundation, 1411 K Street, NW Suite 800, Washington, DC, or Education Fund in Memory of Dub for James Tim IngraM III, at First Financial Bank in El Dorado.
