Freddie Mae Harden, 58, of Sweet Home, Arkansas departed peacefully on March 26, 2014. She was a longtime employee with the Arkansas Democrat Gazette for 15 years. Preceding her in death both parents, Horatio & Queen Harden; two brothers, Lawrence Wells and Eddie Harden; two sons, Derrick Marshall and Emanuel Holloway. She leaves to cherish special memories: her children, Toni (James) Young, Machel (Lee) Greene, Larry (Yvonne) Marshall, Brian, Queen, Alvin, Anita, Marvin and William Harden; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Minnie Fitzpatrick; brothers, Earl Harden, George (Aletha) Harden and Alvin (Barbara) Harden and a host of other loving relatives and special friends. A celebration of her life will be on Saturday, May 3, 2014, 11 a.m., at Greater Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 7512 Hwy. 365 South, Sweet Home, Ark. Interment will follow at Zion Hill Cemetery, Sweet Home, Ark. Visitation: Friday, May 2, 2014, 7:30-8:30 p.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S. Chester St., LR (501) 372-1305.
