James William "Bill" Goheen

James William "Bill" Goheen died Thursday. Bill retired from United States Navy. He sailed on seven different ships from 1944 -1973. He received medals in Atlantic and Pacific ocean areas. He was a 32nd degree mason. Survivors: Ward Goheen, Carl Goheen, and Mary Ann Fredrick. No services are planned. www.siscofuneral.com.
