Kenneth L. Smith, Heber Springs, Ark., passed away March 26, 2015. Born May 3, 1958, son of the late Rev. Dewel H. Smith and Freda Maxine Smith. Preceded in death by son, Kenneth Lee Smith Jr. Survivors mother, brothers, Larry Smith and David Smith.
