Kevin Bynum Owens

Kevin Bynum Owens, 51, of Springdale, passed away April 17, 2015. He was born July 1, 1963 in Springdale the son of Kenneth and Theda Owens. Kevin served in the Navy for five years from April 1984 to April 1989. He traveled many seas and saw many sites during the post Vietnam War Era. He spent his last years in the Navy as a supply clerk in San Diego, Calif. Those who knew Kevin know he was a good and loving person. He had such a great, memorable smile. He was very loved by so many friends and family. He is preceded in death by his mother Theda, his grandmother Esther and his sisters Kristy. Survived by his father, Kenneth Owens and his step mother Anita; his brothers, Kendall, Kody, Kalin and Kameron Owens; his sister, Kendra Walker; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Graveside service will full military honors will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at the Fayetteville National Cemetery. Arrangements by Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers.
