Lois F. (Bearden) Kassing

Lois F. (Bearden) Kassing of Springdale, Ark., went to be with Jesus, her Lord, Aug. 8, 2015, at Circle of Life Hospice, Springdale, Ark. Lois was born, Sept. 17, 1931 in All Friend, Newton County Arkansas to Elza O. Bearden and Elsie Madewell Bearden, who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by two brothers, Orville Breaden and Troy Bearden. She is survived by her husband George Kassing of the home. Five sons, David Brundage of Salinas, Calif., Ronald Brundage of Hobbs, N.M., Roger Brundage of Sonorna, Calif., Justin Brundage of Springfield, Mo. and Ronald Kassing, of Springdale. One daughter, Dallas Kassing, of Springdale. She is also survived by one sister, Gladys O'Brien of Springdale, Ark., and two brothers, Cory Dale Bearden of Montana, and Orbie Bearden of Green Forest, Ark. Lois retired from Nestle's in Salinas, Calif. where she was a supervisor. She and George moved to Arkansas in 1995 where they became involved in community work and were very active in local square dancing activities. A Remembrance of Life celebration will be held Aug. 18, 2015 at Panda Restaurant, 3050 West Sunset Avenue, Springdale, Ark. starting at 5 p.m. Please come prepared to share your precious memories of Lois and her remarkable life.
