Major USAF (Ret) Joy Wilkerson, 74, of Sheridan, died Saturday. She proudly served in the United States Air Force for 20 years. Survivors: Beloved roommate, Christa Bruner; sons, Mike Bruner, Peter Bruner; brothers, Warren Wilkerson, Conrad Wilkerson; sisters: Alma Justus, Peggy Bellomy, Gail Damron; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
