Bob Sullivan

Bob Sullivan, 83, of Springdale passed away Friday, July 24, 2015 in Fayetteville, surrounded by family and loved ones. He was born Sept. 16, 1931 in Hot Springs, Ark. He was the son of Herbert Herschel and Elsie Dawdy Sullivan. Bob was a former City Engineer for Springdale and owner and broker of Sunset Realty. He was married to Anoland Sullivan in 1957 and lived in Springdale for over 50 years. He was a member of Cross Church; served both in the United States Army and Air Force; Bob enjoyed fishing and was a longtime member of Beaver Lake Bass Club and was a private pilot. Bob preceded in death by his parents; brother, Herbert Sullivan and grandson, Ryan Sullivan. Survivors include his children, Lisa Sullivan Ford and husband, John of Springdale, Anna Stone of Fayetteville and Robert Sullivan and wife, Miriam of Shawnee, Kan.; six grandchildren, Kristin Brooks of San Antonio, Texas, Courtney Brooks of Chicago, Ill., Zachary Stone of Fayetteville, Spencer Stone of Fayetteville, Jason Sullivan of Cameron, N.C. and Kelly Roney and husband, Brant of Merriam, Kan. Memorial Service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 31, 2015 at Nelson~Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Memorials may be made to Willard Walker Hospice Home. Online condolences at www.nelsonberna.com.
