Richard Howell Skelton

Richard Howell Skelton, age 72, passed away Tuesday June 16, 2015 in Fayetteville. He was born March 17, 1943 in Fayetteville the son of Herschel and Alta Corder Skelton. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Dean and Kenneth Skelton. He graduated from University High School, was in the United States Air Force from 1961 to 1964; he also worked for the Washington County Sheriff's Office, Arkansas State Police and Willis-Shaw Express Inc. He is survived by his wife, Judy Skelton; two sons, Richard Brian Skelton and his wife Penny and Jeffery Skelton and his wife Dawn both of Douglassville, Pennsylvania; one daughter, Kristen McBride and her husband John of Thorndale, Pennsylvania; one sister, Jan Parker; one sister-in-law, Shirley Skelton and six grandchildren, Kacie, Alex, Anabella, Theodore, Matthew and Nicholas.
