Jhery Don Crosby

JHERY DON CROSBY, age 59, of Sherwood, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015. He was born Oct. 20, 1955 in Clarendon, Ark. to the late Howard Smith Crosby, Sr. and Virginia Lou Son Crosby. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Patsy Dowdy, Larry Crosby, and Ronnie Crosby. Mr. Crosby retired from the United States Air Force and was a car salesman. He was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Jacksonville. He is survived by his loving wife, Carmelita Crosby; children, Richard Hern and his wife Leanne, Jeff Hern, Lisa Hern, and Brittany Crosby; one grandchild, Margo Hern. He is also survived by his siblings: Howard (Genine) Crosby, Jr., Steve (Candy) Crosby, Mark (Linda) Crosby, Johnny (Rita) Crosby, Mary Senter, Thelda Brockinton, Linda Manis, and Marsha (John) Kitterman. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. Monday, March 2, 2015 with a Rosary at 7 p.m. at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church with Father Andy Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery.
