Eva Frances Fowler, 80 of Springdale passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015 at her home. She was born February 8, 1935 in Bobo, Arkansas to Dessie Ray and Lizzie Davidson Allred. Eva was a homemaker. she enjoyed fishing, camping, sewing, cooking and garage sales. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Timmy Collins. Survivors include her husband, Ted Fowler of the home; three sons, Farrell Collins of Wesley, Roger Collins of Chester and Jay Collins and wife Letha of Chester; three daughters, Deborah Foster and husband Jim of Lowell, Darlene Sisemore of Farmington and Julie Garcia and husband Fransisco "Pancho" of Lowell; three brothers, Coy Allred and wife Ruth of Kansas City, Missouri, Ray Allred of Fayetteville and Floyd Allred and wife Cora of Springdale; two sisters, Ruby Mayes of Hindsville and Fern Rush of Springdale; 17 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Graveside services will be Friday, March 6, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Fitzgerald Cemetery in Springdale. Visitation will be Friday from 12 noon to 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel.
