TRUMANN-Mrs. Mildred Elizabeth "Nandy" McClung, 87, of Trumann, Ark., died Saturday, March 7, 2015 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, Ark. Mrs. McClung was born in Hazen, Ark. and had lived most of her lifetime in Trumann, and was formerly of Harrisburg, Ark. She was a retired bookkeeper for Ray's Tire Service, a charter member of Daytime Bridge Club established in 1955, member of the First United Methodist Church where she previously taught Sunday School, and was involved with the Girl Scouts. Mrs. McClung was preceded in death by her husband, Ray A. McClung, Sr, and one grandchild, Wade McClung; and was the daughter of the late Harry Winfield and Mildred Fischer Bowman. She is survived by two daughters-Beth and husband George Nunnally of Bentonville, Suellen and husband Robert Lloyd of Edgemont, Ark.; three sons-Ray A. "Randy" and wife Barbara McClung, Gary and wife Vicki McClung, and Alan and wife Jamie McClung, all of Trumann; one sister, Mary Davenport of Memphis, Tenn.; 13 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday evening at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Weaver officiating. Graveside service will be Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at Hazen Cemetery in Hazen Ark. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be Monday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann, Ark.
