Adalene Mae Harris

Adelene Mae Harris of Springdale, age 90, passed away May 11, 2015 in Springfield, Missouri. She was born January 25, 1925, at the home of her parents, Tom and Vina Hatfield in 1925 in Hartwell. Adelene worked in banking for 35 years and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Springdale. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Hatfield, and three brothers, Raymond, Everett, and Thurman Hatfield. Adelene will be lovingly remembered and missed by her daughter, Pat Curtis of Springfield, Missouri; two grandchildren, Paige Lamar of Tulsa, Chris Curtis of New Wilmington, Pennsylvania; three great grandchildren, Lily Wheeler of Tulsa, Tessa and McKenna Curtis of New Wilmington, Pennsylvania; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Monday, May 18, at Heritage Funeral Chapel, online guest book at heritageofnwa.com. Private burial will be at Alabam Cemetery.
