Florence Stanmore was born February 18, 1938 in Queen City, Texas to the late Henry and Audrey Stanmore and went to be them on May 7th, 2015. She was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church and the Cass County Genealogical Society. She was a graduate of Thornton High School and Bishop College. She also worked for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for 25 years. Cherishing her memories and legacy: Sons and daughters; Bishop Gaylon and Pastor Jacqueline Anderson of Little Rock, Arkansas. James (Butch) and Jodie Anderson of Uledi, Pa.; grandchildren: Felicia and Chris Guillory of Houston, Texas, Brittany Bryant of Tyler,Texas, Kristofer Anderson of Little Rock, Ark., Iyesha Williams of Nacogdoches, Texas, great-grand: Leilyn Guillory of Houston, Texas; brother: Harold Stanmore of Queen City, Texas; nephews: Michael Stanmore and Pastor Jonathan and Janice Stanmore of Queen City Texas; nieces: Andrea Robin Shelton of Seattle, Wash., Monica Bosilikwa of Arlington, Texas, Sonya Hollin of Seattle, Wash. and Audrey Stewart of Houston, Texas. Special Aunt: Bernice Perkins of Little Rock. Visitation will be Friday, May 15th, 2015 at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 702 Walker Lane, Queen City, Texas, 6 to 7 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday.
