Mavis Scroggins

MAVIS TATE-SCROGGINS, 74 of Little Rock, passed away Oct. 27, 2015. She was preceded in death by: mother, Augusta Tate; sister, Annette Tate-Jones and brother, David Tate Jr. Mavis is survived by: one son, Reginald (Gwen) Watkins; two daughters, Jolanda McAfee and Delpha (Lawrence) Clifton; father, Percy Hunter; one sister, Percia Hunter; two brothers, Gerald Hunter and Ed Hunter; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family hour will be held Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015, 6-7 p.m., at Ruffin and Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 South Chester Street, LR (501) 372-1305.
