Juanita Parrott Forrest

Juanita Parrott Forrest, age 87, of Warren, Ark., died Friday October 23, at Chapel Woods in Warren, Ark. Born February 23, 1928, in Cleveland County, Ark., a daughter of the late Horace Preston "Dick" Parrott and Bertha Bryant Parrott she was a retired poultry farmer, member of Martin's Chapel United Methodist Church and the widow of Kirby Lee Forrest who died November 5, 1996. They were united in marriage January 10, 1947. Also preceding her in death was an infant brother. Survivors are one son David Forrest and spouse Kim, Warren, Ark.; two daughters, Sandra Lee Gatling and spouse Paul, Warren, Ark., Lana Pagan and spouse Larry, Hermitage, Ark.; one brother, John Parrott and spouse Jackie, Warren, Ark.; six grandchildren and seven7 great-grandchildren. Funeral service 3:30 p.m. Friday October 30, at Frazer's Chapel. Burial in Smyrna Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home. Visitation 2:30 p.m. until service time Friday, October 30, at Frazer's.
