Frances Adams, 83, of Fort Smith died August 30, 2015, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Survivors include a daughter, Judy and Terry Davis, of Fort Smith; a son, Mick and Sheila Cooper, of Potomac Falls, Virginia. A graveside service will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, September 2, at Sunset Memorial Park in Helena, Arkansas.
