Lee Dean Burchfield

Lee Dean Burchfield, 82, of Pea Ridge, Ark. went home to be with the Lord Thurs., March 31st. He was born Feb. 26, 1934 in Charleston, Ark., at the Bollinger Hospital to Eulas Andrew Burchfield and Ruby May Graham Burchfield. He was an ordained Assembly of God minister, a school teacher and principal. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Terral and wife Gladys and son Gary, and sister Dorothy Jean Smith. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 61 years, Joyce; one son Gregory Dean of Deming, N.M.; two granddaughters, Deanna and husband Paul, and their son, Jared Wood of Hammond, Ore., Christy & husband Jeremy Gonzales and their daughters Ashley, Analeya, Angela and Alexis of Silver City, N.M.; one grandson Robby & wife Violet and sons Isaiah Dean, Jeremiah & Josiah of Silver City, N.M. and his special friends Anna & Marvin Farar of Garfield, Ark. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Tues., April 5 at Charleston Assembly of God Church with burial at Parks Cemetery in Charleston under the direction of Smith Mortuary of Charleston.
