Debra Lucille Edwards Gosa

Debra Lucille Edwards Gosa, age 67, of Sheridan passed away Friday, July 22, 2016 at Heartland Rehabilitation and Care Center in Benton. She was born September 1, 1948 in Blackton, Arkansas, the daughter of the late William Edwards and Gladys Jenkins Edwards. Mrs. Gosa was a member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan. She is preceded in death by her parents, son, Johnathon Edward Gosa; and daughter, Thealisha Ann Gosa Sparks Cotton. Left to cherish her memory, husband, L.D. Gosa of Sheridan; sons, Daw Gosa III of Sheridan and William "Scott" Gosa and wife, Mandie of Hot Springs; brother, Nathan Edwards and wife, Frances of Beebe; sisters, Vickie McCampbell and husband, Joe of Knoxville and Barbara Collums and husband, Robert of Dardnelle; grandchildren, Dustin King, Amelia King, Amanda (Jacob) Evans, Akela Gosa, Magnus Gosa, EmyLee Gosa, Brian (Brooklyn Grace) Sparks, and Casey (Krissy) Cotton; and eleven great-grandchildren. Memorial services are 11 a.m., Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan with Brother Brad Warren officiating. Following the services, a celebration of Mrs. Gosa's life will continue at the Gosa Residence, 706 Scott Street, Sheridan, Arkansas 72150.
