James Spell, 81, of Prescott, Ark., passed away Friday, Aug. 5, 2016. Visitation will be Sunday, Aug. 7, 2016 at the Pharr Funeral Home, Prescott, Ark. from 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be Monday, Aug. 8, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the chapel at Pharr Funeral Home.
